About Our Live Webinar Series
All our webinars, which are designed to help you better understand and use your Clearinghouse services, are conducted by subject matter experts and highly experienced staff members from across the Clearinghouse’s operations, compliance, and secondary and postsecondary services areas, including our regional directors and others.

Our webinars cover all our services and many are repeated monthly — some more than once a month — throughout the year , so you can select the date and time option most convenient to you. Recordings will also be posted, when available, for on-demand viewing.

Get a comprehensive look at the Clearinghouse’s Enrollment Reporting service as it relates to financial aid and registrar offices, including how to get the most out of your partnership with the Clearinghouse. Repeated every two weeks. For registrar and financial aid staff.

SSCR Error Resolution on the Web Series (50 minutes)
This webinar series reviews how to address and resolve the most commonly received SSCR errors at the Clearinghouse. These sessions will cover recent changes to NSLDS reporting guidelines, the Clearinghouse’s SSCR Error Correction enhancement, and best practices to help schools meet the federally mandated 10-day response timeframe to NSLDS. Repeated every two weeks. For active Enrollment Reporting school users.

This session is geared towards those new to or unfamiliar with Reverse Transfer. Repeated monthly. For staff members at institutions that are not using the Clearinghouse’s Reverse Transfer service.

What Do You Need to Do to Get Started with Reverse Transfer? (50 minutes)
Just getting started with Reverse Transfer? Get guidance on policies and procedures, such as FERPA and student readmission, to help your institution get started with Reverse Transfer. We’ll also review ways to ensure your Reverse Transfer process is successful. Repeated every two months. For staff members at institutions that are not using Clearinghouse Reverse Transfer or who are new to the service.

Come take a first look at the NEW StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities Premium Services . You’ll learn more about our upcoming enhancements, including: analysis-ready file, report re-run capabilities, institution-level Signature and Snapshot Reports, and data visualization. Our NEW Premium Services will allow you to streamline your view of student data, save time by rerunning files instantly, and view your institution’s very own Signature and Snapshot Reports. For all postsecondary school users.
