About Our Live Webinar Series
All our webinars, which are designed to help you better understand and use your Clearinghouse services, are conducted by subject matter experts and highly experienced staff members from across the Clearinghouse’s operations, compliance, and secondary and postsecondary services areas, including our regional directors and others.

Our webinars cover all our services and many are repeated monthly — some more than once a month — throughout the year, so you can select the date and time option most convenient to you. Recordings will also be posted, when available, for on-demand viewing.

SSCR Error Resolution on the Web Series (50 minutes)
This webinar series reviews how to address and resolve the most commonly received SSCR errors at the Clearinghouse.  These sessions will cover recent changes to NSLDS reporting guidelines, the Clearinghouse’s SSCR Error Correction enhancement, and best practices to help schools meet the federally mandated 10-day response timeframe to NSLDS. Repeated every two weeks. We’ll discuss how the service works, the institutional policies and procedures you’ll need to consider, data fields to be sent, and review the application’s functionality. The session will cover information applicable to both four- and two-year institutions. Repeated monthly. For staff members at institutions implementing Reverse Transfer.

What Do You Need to Do to Get Started with Reverse Transfer? (50 minutes)
Just getting started with Reverse Transfer? Get guidance on policies and procedures, such as FERPA and student readmission, to help your institution get started with Reverse Transfer. We’ll also review ways to ensure your Reverse Transfer process is successful. Repeated every two months. For staff members at institutions not using Reverse Transfer or who are new to the service.

Join us for an introduction to Reverse Transfer: What it is, how it affects you and your students, and benefits of the service. This session is geared towards those new to or unfamiliar with Reverse Transfer. Repeated monthly. For staff members at institutions not using the Clearinghouse’s Reverse Transfer service.

Introduction to StudentTracker for Colleges and Universities (60 minutes)
A high-level overview of the Clearinghouse and StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities, including how you can use StudentTracker and the different search options available. Repeated monthly. For new StudentTracker for Colleges & Universities users.

Transcript Services

Transcript Services Support and Best Practices (50 minutes)
Learn the who, how, and what around Transcript Services support for your school and students. This session will review best practices, tips for support, and available resources. Repeated quarterly. For new Transcript Services users.

Learn about the Benefits of Transcript Services (60 minutes)
Learn how your institution and customers can benefit by using Transcript Services with the Clearinghouse. Learn key service functions, including how to process and fulfill a verification request, how the information is managed, and key user roles. Repeated monthly. For new DegreeVerify users.

Learn how your institution, staff, and customers can benefit by using DegreeVerify. We’ll review the purpose of DegreeVerify, how it works, how it can enable Student Self-Service, and how it can supercharge the StudentTracker service. Repeated monthly. For institutions active with Enrollment Reporting, but not using DegreeVerify.

Getting to Know Your DegreeVerify Requestors (50 minutes)
Requestors calling you? Join us and learn more about requestors and their pursuit of your qualified alumni. During this session, we’ll discuss the requestor’s experience: what they see, how they make a request, what they have access to, and the purpose of their request. For new DegreeVerify users.
