About Our Live Webinar Series
All our webinars, which are designed to help you better understand and use your Clearinghouse services, are conducted by subject matter experts and highly experienced staff members from across the Clearinghouse’s operations, compliance, and secondary and postsecondary services areas, including our regional directors.

Our webinars cover all our services and many are repeated monthly — some more than once a month — throughout the year, so you can select the date and time option most convenient to you. Recordings will also be posted, when available, for on-demand viewing.

Meet & Beat the NSLDS 90% Threshold: Effective Partnership Between Financial Aid & Registrar Offices (90 minutes)
Get a better understanding of the NSLDS Enrollment Reporting Statistics Page, the percent certified with program enrollment 90 percent threshold, and how Financial Aid and Registrar offices can work together to meet evolving compliance reporting standards. Who should attend? Financial Aid and Registrar staff at postsecondary institutions active with the Enrollment Reporting service.

Enrollment Reporting: Delving into G from Degree  (60 minutes)
During this webinar, our experts will shed light on the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree. Learn how your graduate enrollment riles can be auto-generated from your existing degree file submissions. For active users of the Clearinghouse’s Enrollment Reporting and DegreeVerify services not using the G from Degree feature and those currently using who would like to see what’s new.

G from Degree: Transparency Enhancement (60 minutes)
Do you participate in the Clearinghouse’s G from Degree process? If so, you should know that there are some scenarios in which a G status is not generated from your school’s degree file. During this webinar, we will explain the reasons a G status may not be generated in the Clearinghouse enrollment database, as well as provide you with a view of the G from Degree enhancement the Clearinghouse is releasing in mid-October. For data submission and data submission alternate contacts, registrars, DegreeVerify coordinators, and financial aid directors at schools that participate in our DegreeVerify service.

Enrollment Reporting Error Resolution: Managing & Resolving Enrollment Reporting Errors through Our Secure Site (Beginner) (60 minutes)
Come learn tips and best practices in resolving some of the most common enrollment reporting errors. Repeated monthly. For new Enrollment Reporting users or those looking for a refresher course.

Reverse Transfer

Reverse Transfer: A National Solution (50 minutes)
Join us for an introduction to Reverse Transfer: What it is, how it affects you and your students, and benefits of the service. This session is geared toward those new to or unfamiliar with Reverse Transfer. Repeated monthly. For staff members at institutions not using the Clearinghouse’s Reverse Transfer service.

The Ins and Outs of Reverse Transfer (50 minutes)
Join us as we walk through the basic process of implementing Reverse Transfer. We’ll discuss how the service works, the institutional policies and procedures you’ll need to consider, data fields to be sent, and a review of the application’s functionality. The session will cover information applicable to both four- and two-year institutions. Repeated monthly.  For staff members at institutions implementing the Clearinghouse’s Reverse Transfer service.

What Do You Need to Do to Get Started with Reverse Transfer? (50 minutes)
Just getting started with reverse transfer? Get guidance on policies and procedures, such as FERPA and student readmission, to help your institution get started with reverse transfer. We’ll also review ways to ensure your reverse transfer process is successful. Repeated monthly. For staff members at institutions not using Reverse Transfer or who are new to the Clearinghouse’s Reverse Transfer service.
